Our Foundry division includes three electric Induction Furnaces. This division is also equipped with fully automatic sand plant and pneumatic electronically operated Moulding Machines, fully automatic Core Shooter, which are highly successful in giving a better surface quality to castings. We have also installed world's best DISA technology Moulding and Shot Blasting line.
The Machining division is well equipped with CNC, Lathe Machines, Milling Machines, Drill and Centreless Machines etc.
We have inhouse sophisticated physical and chemical testing laboratory equipped with ultra modern testing equipment :-
Poldi Hardness Tester, Rockwell Hardness Testing Machine, Metallurgical Microscope with Camera, Metavision Atomic Emission Make Spectrometer etc.
Our both foundry and machining units are backed up by additional electricity power generating plant having capacity to provide 2000 k.v.a. power
